Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item is in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • All original tags and labels are attached
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Aqua Briefs (swim briefs)
  • Cross Strap Unitank (one-piece swimwear)
  • Flirty Swim Skirt w/ Matching Brief
  • Flirty Shorts w/ Built-In Matching Brief
  • Any swimwear with removed hygiene liners or tags

These items are excluded due to their intimate nature and hygiene considerations, similar to industry standards for swimwear and undergarments.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 24-48 hours, our team will:

  • Review your request
  • Send a return authorization email if approved
  • Provide the return shipping address
  • Include your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package your items securely including:

  • Item(s) in original condition with tags
  • Original packaging
  • Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
  • RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days
  • Process approved returns/exchanges immediately

Refund Information

Refund Timeframe

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. The timing depends on your payment method and financial institution:
