Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Return request made within 15 days of delivery confirmation
- Item is in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags and labels are attached
- Item is in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number) is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Aqua Briefs (swim briefs)
- Cross Strap Unitank (one-piece swimwear)
- Flirty Swim Skirt w/ Matching Brief
- Flirty Shorts w/ Built-In Matching Brief
- Any swimwear with removed hygiene liners or tags
These items are excluded due to their intimate nature and hygiene considerations, similar to industry standards for swimwear and undergarments.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 24-48 hours, our team will:
- Review your request
- Send a return authorization email if approved
- Provide the return shipping address
- Include your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your items securely including:
- Item(s) in original condition with tags
- Original packaging
- Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing & Resolution
Once we receive your return:
- We’ll inspect the items within 3-5 business days
- Process approved returns/exchanges immediately
- Send confirmation email with resolution details
Refund Information
Refund Timeframe
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. The timing depends on your payment method and financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account
What’s Refunded
- Full item price for eligible returns
- Original shipping fees (if return is due to our error)
- Return shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our mistake
Exchange Process
For eligible exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is approved
- No additional shipping charges for size exchanges (same product)
- For exchanges to different products, price differences will be calculated
- Exchanges subject to product availability
International Returns
As we ship worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas), please note:
- International customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable
